DMCA takedown
If you believe a listing infringes a trademark you own, send us a takedown request and we will action it within 48 hours.
What to include
Your name, contact email, the domain name(s) you are reporting, the trademark or copyright you hold, the registration jurisdiction, and a sworn statement that the claim is made in good faith.
Where to send it
Email the address in our contact page with subject line 'DMCA takedown — example.com' (replace example.com with the disputed domain). We do not require notarized documents at the report stage; sworn statement is sufficient.
Our response
We review every report within 48 hours. Valid claims result in immediate de-listing of the domain in question. We log the request and notify the seller (in our case, our own ops team) for context.
Counter-notice
If you are the listing seller and believe the takedown was wrongful, you can send a counter-notice. We forward it to the original reporter and reinstate the listing if no court order arrives within 14 days.
Repeat offenders
Sellers who repeatedly list trademark-violating domains have their selling privileges permanently revoked. (Currently not relevant — all inventory is brokered or owned by us.)
