Refund policy
We promise full refunds within 24 hours when something we control goes wrong. Beyond that window, we look at each request individually — domain transfers are usually irreversible.
Automatic 24h refund
If the domain becomes unavailable at the source between listing and your purchase, or the transfer is technically impossible, we automatically refund within 24h. You also receive a 10% store credit for the inconvenience.
After acceptance
Once you accept the transfer at your destination registrar, the order is final. The domain is yours; we cannot reverse the transfer.
Crypto refunds
Crypto refunds are sent back to the originating wallet (or, if not possible, to a wallet you provide) at the BTC/XMR/ETH/USDT amount we received. We do not adjust for exchange-rate moves.
Card refunds (MoonPay)
Card refunds are processed by MoonPay and take 5–10 business days to land on your statement. We forward the request as soon as you contact us — there is no extra processing on our side.
How to request
Email the address in our contact page with your order ID and a short description. We respond within 24h, often faster on weekdays.
