Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to fulfill your order: email, billing data, and transaction metadata. We do not sell or share your data. Cookies are used only for the cart and language preference.
Data we collect
Email (for order updates and auth codes), cart contents, payment provider transaction IDs, IP and user-agent for fraud prevention. Card details never touch our servers — they go to MoonPay directly.
Why we collect it
To fulfill the contract you've placed (your order), to comply with anti-fraud and tax obligations, and to send you transactional emails. We do not run analytics or behavioral profiling beyond first-party Plausible (no cookies).
Sharing
We share necessary data with BTCPay (settlement), MoonPay (card-to-crypto conversion), our destination registrars (for the actual transfer), and Postmark (transactional email). We do not share with advertisers.
Your rights
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the contact address. EU residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights.
Retention
We keep order records for 7 years for tax compliance, then anonymize them. Cart cookies stay until you clear your browser storage.
