Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vaultdom ("we", "us"). They are a placeholder draft pending legal review — final terms will be published before public launch.

Service

vaultdom operates an expired-domain marketplace. Inventory is brokered: when you place an order, we acquire the domain at the source registrar and transfer it to your destination registrar of choice.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD and include our markup over the wholesale acquisition price. Crypto payments (BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT) are settled via BTCPay Server. Card payments are routed via MoonPay, which converts your card payment to BTC and forwards it to us; settlement is identical to a direct crypto payment.

Transfer & delivery

We send the EPP/auth code to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once you accept the transfer at your destination registrar, the order is marked completed.

Limitations

We do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, or any commercial outcome. We do not provide hosting, content, or maintenance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or trademark abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the entity's jurisdiction (TBD before public launch). Disputes are resolved in good faith first; arbitration clauses will be added in the final version.
